Chet Kiefer the president of Kiefer Landscaping starting mowing lawns with his brother Chad at the age of 7 and has continued to mow and trim shrubs since.  Chet went to college for business at Lake Land College in Mattoon, IL.  While attending school he decided to focus more of his time and attention to the lawn care business and head into it full time.  In 1991 the decision was made to open up Kiefer Landscaping, LLC.  Since the beginning we have been focused on quality, service & fair prices.  We believe that if we don’t take care of our customers’ someone else will, this has kept us on our toes for many years.

We have a 5 acre garden center with many different shrubs, perennials, shade trees, ornamental trees, stone brick and retaining wall block.  We have eight different decorative landscape rock types to choose from as well as shredded hardwood and red mulch.  We also care CA6 & CA7 rock for driveways and retaining walls.   The largest selection of stone and boulders awaits you at Kiefer Landscaping.  We have boulders ranging from 3″ to 4′ in size, that can be customized with boulder lettering.  We have been assured by many different customers that the selection of product and the quality of plants is the best they have seen in the area.

We perform work ranging from weekly lawn care maintenance to full landscapes, taking pride in everything we do every step of the way.  The people that work at Kiefer Landscaping have been with us for a lot of years  because they are treated with respect, take pride in their work and love seeing the difference a beautiful landscape makes on a home.  We have the people, equipment and experience to make your dreams a reality.
